This is a great spin to a great product. We substituted black beans for garbanzos to make this unique flavor. We add an extra hint of lime and fresh cilantro to make this product a southwestern favorite.

Original Falafel
Our traditional falafel recipe is made from scratch, using fresh garbanzo and split peas. Our falafel offers a great taste and texture, we flash fry it in canola oil to reduce the fat content and to capture a soft texture inside. We have gone away from traditional ball shape falafel to an elongated shape, to guarantee falafel flavor with every bite.
Turbo Falafel
We add fresh Serrano peppers to our traditional recipe, a spicy hot, yet sophisticated flavor.
