Originally founded as Solar Falafel as a cart vendor serving falafel wraps at UT Austin, the Company has evolved into a natural
food company where the passion for flavor and quality comes first.

Therefore we do not use any preservatives, artificial fats, or any genetically modified ingredients in any of our products.
Every step of our purchasing and production processes is carefully supervised to ensure that only the freshest ingredients
